Our latest investment is a Bihler BM3000 SERVO PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY SYSTEM that offers many advantages, especially in the production of small series. The basic platform, which forms the basis for the machine, can be expanded in 1500 mm steps. In combination with different process modules, this creates a machine for a wide variety of tasks. The short set-up times facilitate quick changes in the production of different stamped parts and enable flexible work planning. A central process and machine control enables safe operation of the BIMERIC. With this new system, production is highly efficient as all processes and workflows are perfectly streamlined.
