Roman is a long-time employee at Electro Terminal. Since 2019, he has been working as our Environment & Occupational Safety Manager and Chairman of the Works Council. Prior to this position, he was in various departments within the company.

Roman began his apprenticeship as a toolmaker at Electro Terminal in 1981. In 1998, he completed his training as a Safety Specialist and Waste Management Officer at the Wirtschaftsförderungsinstitut Innsbruck. From 1997 to 2003, he led the Plastic Molding Department before returning to Tooling and Mold Making. Since 2019, he has been fully dedicated to his roles as Environment & Occupational Safety Manager and Chairman of the Works Council.

Roman describes his main tasks as follows: "I conduct inspections and audits on occupational safety as well as advisory and educational meetings. I maintain regular contact with AUVA (General Accident Insurance Institution) and the Labor Inspectorate. Our goal is to prevent workplace accidents, analyze their causes, and implement improvements. We also document and evaluate any incidents and issues."
