The Internal Sales Department is the interface between the customer and the operational units at Electro Terminal. Competence, courtesy and solution orientation are basic requirements to be successful in this position. Corresponding with clients from all over the world requires excellent English skills. In close coordination with other departments, such as logistics or production planning, the team members schedule customer orders, agree delivery times and set prices. The processing of complaints and changes to existing orders are also part of the daily routine.
