The stamping department produces 500 million contact parts from steel and non-ferrous metal strips on 23 high-tech stamping and bending machines every year. Most of them are further processed in the in-house production department. Sensitive handling of the machines and tools is required. Many stamping parts are only a few millimeters in size. For tool overhauls and spare parts, the department is perfectly supported by the in-house Tool Shop.

Sustainability is paramount in the Stamping Department. Whenever new projects are planned, the economical use of materials and resources is ensured. For example, cutting oils are processed in-house and returned to the production cycle.
